Erlingson Banks Attorneys James Hilburn and Mary Erlingson had the honor of presenting a continuing legal education session at the Louisiana City Attorney Association’s Fall CLE conference. The LCAA is comprised of all licensed attorneys representing incorporated municipalities in Louisiana. Mary’s and James’ presentation was focused on what can be expected if confronted with a First Amendment auditor and providing strategies to manage First Amendment auditors.
