Catherine S. St. Pierre
Catherine St. Pierre is a partner at Erlingson Banks, PLLC.
Cathy earned her J.D. from Louisiana State University in 1987 and a B.A. in political science from Louisiana State University in 1984.
Cathy’s practice focuses on general civil litigation, with an emphasis on civil rights litigation, tax litigation, employment law and appellate practice. She has experience in the areas of governmental relations, insurance regulatory work, director and officer liability, and accountant liability.
Cathy is admitted to practice in Louisiana and has practiced before the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals 5th Circuit, the U.S. Federal Claims Court, the U.S. Federal Circuit, as well as the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Louisiana, the U.S. District Court Middle District of Louisiana, and the U.S. District Court Western District of Louisiana.
Cathy is active in the St. Aloysius Church, the Baton Rouge Soccer Association and the Louisiana Soccer Association Olympic Development Program. She has served on the Board of the Junior League of Baton Rouge as legal advisor.
