Erlingson Banks’ James Hilburn attended the Louisiana Municipal Association‘s Mid-Winter Conference titled “Crisis Management: Communication, Coordination, and Collaboration” held last week. James had the honor of presenting to attendees about what can be expected if confronted with a First Amendment auditor and providing strategies to manage First Amendment auditors.
