Judson G. Banks

Judson Banks is a founding member and partner of Erlingson Banks, PLLC.

He practices in the areas of Business and Corporate Transactions, Real Estate, and Commercial Litigation. Judson is also a licensed title agent in the State of Louisiana. He also advises governmental entities on tax and foreclosure related matters.

Judson routinely advises private entities and municipalities on business related matters including corporate and business formation, partnership and operating agreements, stock and asset purchases and sales, as well as creation and negotiation of contracts and master service agreements.  He also represents clients in the areas of commercial real estate and property leases.

In addition, Judson has successfully represented clients in both jury and bench trials in Louisiana state and federal courts, as well as before various state administrative boards and commissions. In addition, he has successfully negotiated favorable resolution for his clients utilizing alternative dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration.

Judson dedicates his time and services to organizations that are committed to the betterment and overall improvement of Louisiana. Judson currently serves on the Board of Directors of Baton Rouge Green and Louisiana Tech University Alumni Association National Board of Directors.
